Weaverville Fall Harvest Dinner

A Farm-to-Table Dinner celebrating the farmers and artisans

of the Weaverville Tailgate Market

Thursday, September 25th, 2014

Ticket- $30 per person

6:00pm- Meet & Greet with Silent Auction: wine and beer available**

6:30pm- 4 Course Market Dinner

Appetizers

Mushroom Duxelle Crostinis

Mixed mushroom duxelle served atop grilled baguette

Bloody shrimp cocktail

Steamed North Carolina shrimp served with non-alcoholic Bloody Mary and celery

Smoked chicken and apple salad finger sandwiches

Soup

Winter squash bisque

Entrees (choose one)

Roasted Chicken and Butternut Squash with savory mushroom cream sauce

Served with garden rice and mixed greens

Shredded Grass-Fed Beef in a rich Tomato Gravy

Served with roasted potatoes and mixed greens

Garden Rice stuffed Butternut Squash

Served with a warm Cran-Apple Salad and mixed greens

Brandied Apple bread pudding A La Mode

Silent Auction: the silent auction will have items from vendors and local businesses. The proceeds of the auction will be given to the Weaverville Tailgate Market and the APA SPCA (American Pet Association Society for the Protection of Companion Animals)
